Often when we're stressed our minds begin to spiral out of control. In these sessions I challenge you to ask "is that really true". Together we'll explore how to face challenges and work through them.
I know that sometimes it can feel like you are facing hardship alone, but that's just not true. Help can come from a neighbor, friend, co-worker, or even strangers. Sometimes, we have to put one foot in front of the other, not knowing if we will be on solid ground but trusting that we will be able to navigate whatever comes. This is the core of what this program and this community are all about: facing it together and supporting one another.
Please reach us at charlene@innerdandelion.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The program is primarily a podcast along with downloadable content, and in the future we hope to add group sessions. The goal is to provide a safe forum for people dealing with hardships to gather and receive useful, actionable advise for dealing with the stress.
No. I am not a licensed psychiatrist or licensed therapist. What I offer is self-help.
There is a growing number of people across American dealing with unforeseen levels of stress and this is my way of reaching out to help. I know what it is like to be under so much stress you feel out of control and near panic. It helps to have a source that you can use as an anchor, a way to recharge your batteries and feel some momentary peace. That is what I and those I invite into this dialogue offer you.
